Father, Mother
I am a Gaur Brahmin of Haryana, District Bhiwani, born and brought up in Faridabad (Delhi/NCR). As usual, I played Badminton till school and two times I played State Level Championship in Badminton. I am a person with strong will-power, take risk with in depth planning and discussions with the concern persons. I am fond of outing with Parents and family.

I am B.SC. in Computer Science from M.D. University. I did my PG Diploma in Computer Application from Delhi University in the year 1996.

My father retired from Escorts and my mother is a house wife.

We are blessed with two girls Garvita & Reya. Garvita is studying in Class – II and Reya is just 2 years old.

I started my career with Del Gears Ltd. (Gear Manufacturing Company) in the year 1996, as hardcore programmer. It was a manufacturing company and in that company I got a complete understanding of all the processes of any manufacturing Industry. In that company we hadin-house IT team and we developed almost all the packages like Purchase, Stores Accounting, Sales & Excise, PPC (Production Planning & Control) and FA (Financial Accounting). Fortunately after 1½ years I got an opportunity to head IT division (though size of the company was not so big) but at that time I learnt more about the systems & processes and how to handle the situation as well as a top management in a better manner.

In 1998, I joined a software house Called GAC Infosys Ltd. (an upcoming software development house). During this tenure, I again got an opportunity to travel to different sites/industries (which I am fond off) for software study, development and implementation of different kinds.

In 2000, I got a big brake, LNJ Bhilwara group (Hydropower Division) was setting up its IT Division and I was lucky to join this group in its Corporate Office, NOIDA. LNJB was entering into Hydropower Projects in Himachal, Punjab and my first job was to develop software for its Hydropower Consultancy division (which was JV between LNJB & RSW Inc. Canada). After that we as team developed many types of software for the Plant like Project Budgeting, Stores Accounting etc. I learnt a lot under the guidance of CFO (Whom I reported to).

But In 2004, this was the high time to consolidate all the software packages on single platform and at that time Company had decided to implement an ERP under my supervision & guidance and this ERP will be rolled out at Project sites and Corporate Office. The biggest challenge for rollout of the ERP was Literacy Rate. At hill areas the literacy rate is very low, one cannot find out the manpower more than 10th or 12th Standard and with this type of manpower one can't expect the 100% efficiency and also the acceptance from the user end is very low. To overcome all these hurdles I vet 2-3 ERPs and finally we implemented Microsoft's Dynamics Navision because of User friendly screen (like MS Excel). Another big challenge was the connectivity between HO Office and Project Site. All Hydro Projects are usually at remote site and V-Sat was only connectivity option and there are few players in the market who have a presence in these hilly areas but finally we implemented the same with the help of PwC (An Implementation Partner). This was the first ERP in Hydropower sector on Microsoft Platform. A case study was uploaded on Microsoft official website,

For this ERP, LNJB got an award from Data Quest in the category of 'New Initiative in IT'.

After that LNJB again decided to implement another ERP for its Hydropower Consultancy Division, It was again on Navision and implementation partner was PwC. It was again a success story. I spent almost 7 years in LNJ Bhilwara group.

In 2007, I switched over from Hydropower Sector to Healthcare Sector. A renowned, 60 years old diagnostic chain, PAN India presence named 'Dr. Lal PathLabs (DLPL)'.Even here company is implementing an ERP all across India in their Labs. We have to tightly integrate the ERP with LIS (Laboratory Information System, A GE Healthcare product). Integration between two softwares is the biggest hurdle and it should be robust and should fulfill the international standard / protocol and we adopt HL7 protocol. In Dr. Lal PathLabs, we have implementedMicrosoft's Dynamics Axapta 4.0 in 2008.

In 2009, we upgraded our LIS from version 2.5 to 4.0 and implementation partner was GE Healthcare, Australia.

In 2010, DLPL is coming up with fully equipped new Lab in Rohini and in this facility we built state of the Art 'TIER-III' standard Data Center through IBM.

In 2010, we upgraded our ERP from version 4.0 to Axapta 2009 and implementation partner was IL&FS, Gurgaon.

Spouse occupation and interest (Cooking, reading, dancing etc..) : Now a day she is a house wife. She is fond of travelling and good in studies.
Children education and their interest : Garvita is studying in 2nd standard and she is good in painting.
Some memorable incidents with your kids : Few months back, Garvita's painting published in national news paper (Hindustan Times)
What most you like about your family : Best thing of my family is that we all live'JOINTLY'.
How do you spend time with your family : Watching TV and family discussion every day night with parents and other family members. Usually IT people don't have time for family but when I get opportunity I spend time in this way.
Share your last vacation your family : We had gone to Mathura, Virndavan. Though the trip was short but it is memorable.
